Amal Vasi: A Visit to Nike Art Gallery.
I'm currently in Lagos, Nigeria for my summer vacation. I'm no stranger here though, you see, I lived in Lagos up until I moved to England to continue my education and so 'The Nike Art Gallery' was a name I had heard one too many times but never got a chance to visit. As a lover of arts, I decided it was high time I payed this gem a visit and what a visit it was!
Shide Ugbaje: Paradise in Mykonos, Greece
My friends and I travelled to Mykonos, Greece for our friends' birthday. The beginning of the trip was a bit rocky, from almost missing the flight, to forgotten passports, but the beautiful town of Mykonos made up for it. Since it was our friends’ birthday an itinerary was planned for us, which made the trip a lot more organised.
Lamide Akintobi: 6 Days of Bliss in Tanzania.
Tanzania was my favorite trip of 2015. In 6 days, I got to experience a different side of Africa, especially as I’d never been to East Africa before. From the people – smart, hospitable, cheerful, and extremely kind, to the places – lush, scenic, beautiful, busy in the city, calm by the seaside, I left feeling refreshed and happy.
Ibi Okusaga: An Island Child in Fiji
So it was Easter recently and going to Fiji just seemed like the right thing to do. To be honest I knew nothing about Fiji before then, except from the fact Fiji water comes from there. Studying in Australia, Fiji seemed like such a desirable place to visit because the flight there is relatively short only 3 hours away.
Sallie: Unplanned Trip to Brussels, Belgium.
Location: Brussels, Belgium Duration of Stay: A week Peak of my holiday: This is weird but i enjoyed using the metro, train and tram to get to places. Getting lost and finding our way back is actually funny and interesting. Pit of my holiday: I wasn't feeling too well for some days which really affected my mood.
Warami Eresanara: Thoughts on my Trip to China- Part 2.
As Confucius once said, “Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I may remember. Involve me and I will understand.” China was a great experience for me because I learned a lot. I learned a lot from the diversity of the group; having both business and engineering majors as well as computer science and social work in the mix helped broaden my view. Although diversity in the academic area was key, I also learned a lot from just interacting with the group on a social level. From my interactions with both my group and with the native Chinese people, I came to better understand that our similarities and differences are what make us who we are. We are not defined by these characteristics (similarities and differences), but they are what allow us to understand and live with each other more harmoniously.
Warami Eresanara: Visiting China!
I graduated from College (University) in 2015 and sadly I haven’t had the time to go anywhere because of work. Writing about a trip I took to China during my time in College (January 2015) brings back so many memories. I don’t know that I remember the trip in great detail, but I will try my best to be as accurate as possible. Before I proceed, I would like to inform you that my trip was as much an educational trip as it was a fun one; which essentially means that I went to China with my school (for a class) but I still had a lot of fun! I am going to be dividing this post into two parts; the first will be about all the provinces we went to and the places we visited while we were there, and the second will be more of my reflections/ thoughts about my time in China. I would also like you to know that although I will be highlighting some similarities and differences between China and America I will try my best to be gracious.
Ore Oyewole: A Trip to Hawaii!

I visited 3 of them on this trip - The Big Island, Maui and Oahu DURATION OF STAY: 3 weeks PEAK OF MY HOLIDAY: It’s difficult to pick a favorite thing but if I have to choose, it will be snorkelling, surfing lessons or whale watching PIT OF MY HOLIDAY: I did not really hate anything in Hawaii
Zubi: Madrid in a Week!

Odi: The Place of Ruins-Yikpabongo, Ghana.
Hey everyone, I'm Odi. I’m studying Political Science and Archeology at the University of Ghana, Legon - for those who don’t know what Archeology is, Archeology is the study of past lives and cultures through their material remains – and because I’m studying Archeology, I had to go on the final year field trip for ten days.
