Emmanuel Kayode: Solo Travel-Puerto Escondido, Mexico
I recently made my first mini vacation trip out of the country to a place called Puerto Escondido, which means "hidden port" in Spanish. This name could not have been any more true, this place is very much a hidden gem. Since It was my first time traveling solo, my expectation for this trip was that I'll do a lot of sightseeing and have a lot of alone time. To my surprise and delight, none of these were achieved, which was exactly what made the trip more memorable.
Chinny Okereke: A Cruise to Bahamas
"If we were meant to stay in one place, we'd have roots instead of feet" The highlight of my summer was travelling/going on this cruise and it's only right I share this awesome experience for anyone. See, this was particularly important because my goals for Summer’16 was to travel as much as I can, go on crazy adventures, read new books and try out new recipes. My budget didn't permit the last goal, but that's okay I decided to go on a cruise to the Bahamas & as the diva that I am, I forced my fam to go with me. I'm gonna give some tips on how to make your trip an awesome oneeeee Okay here it goes:
Tosin Adebutu: Exploring the City of Rome
When in Rome! Ciao Ciao! Stai Bene? I’m very happy to know I still remember some Italian; my parents’ money didn’t go to waste! I love Rome; it has been one of my favourite cities to visit. Absolutely phenomenal! The food, the people, the culture, the history. Maybe apart from the crazy drivers,be careful when crossing roads.

Lolade Idowu: Mediterranean Cruise and Visiting Italy
“Travelling. It leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.” If you love to travel and build on the list of countries you have visited, then I think the cruise is for you! Being on a cruise with my family for 7 days was an important experience in my life. I feel a cruise is a great way to visit and get a taster of different countries and cultures within a short period of time. Despite the expense, it’s truly a convenient and luxurious way to travel.
Oyin Ola: The Do’s and Don’ts when in Morocco!
So it was my 21st Birthday in June and those that know me know I like to do things differently each year. I’ve recently caught the travel bug and so it seemed ideal that I celebrate this milestone abroad. I knew I wanted to go somewhere in the Arab world that was affordable and so I decided on Morocco. It was an interesting trip in all however it had it’s lows due to certain choices that I made. So this post will talk reflect a bit on the dos and don’ts when in Morocco!
Ore Dosumu: The Royal Caribbean Cruise – Allure of the Seas
I went on my most memorable vacation, so far, with my family over Easter 2015. It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year and best believe we are already making plans to return. This was each of us’ first experience on a cruise ship and if I’m being honest, I didn’t imagine that it’d be quarter as exciting as the experience I had. The cruise lasted 7 nights and we departed from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Checking into the ship, felt like getting on a plane. The full security and immigration shebang! You checked in your luggage etc. and they brought that up to your cabins after check in. Getting on the ship, I was astonished (syn. blown away, surprised, amazed, impressed)(excessive use of adjectives, in case you didn’t get it the first time)
Amal Vasi: A Visit to Nike Art Gallery.
I'm currently in Lagos, Nigeria for my summer vacation. I'm no stranger here though, you see, I lived in Lagos up until I moved to England to continue my education and so 'The Nike Art Gallery' was a name I had heard one too many times but never got a chance to visit. As a lover of arts, I decided it was high time I payed this gem a visit and what a visit it was!
Shide Ugbaje: Paradise in Mykonos, Greece
My friends and I travelled to Mykonos, Greece for our friends' birthday. The beginning of the trip was a bit rocky, from almost missing the flight, to forgotten passports, but the beautiful town of Mykonos made up for it. Since it was our friends’ birthday an itinerary was planned for us, which made the trip a lot more organised.
Lamide Akintobi: 6 Days of Bliss in Tanzania.
Tanzania was my favorite trip of 2015. In 6 days, I got to experience a different side of Africa, especially as I’d never been to East Africa before. From the people – smart, hospitable, cheerful, and extremely kind, to the places – lush, scenic, beautiful, busy in the city, calm by the seaside, I left feeling refreshed and happy.
